PromonLogicalis, provider of information and communication technology services and solutions for Latin America, is once again amongst the best places to work in the country, according to the Great Place to Work Institute. The organization was awarded in the Medium-Sized – Multinational category.

The Great Places to Work – GPTW – survey, carried out around the world, assesses both employees’ confidence indices in the workplace and the best people management practices. This year, the ranking presented the best 150 organizations to work for divided into three categories: "Large-sized" (80 companies with more than 1000 employees); "Medium-sized - Multinational" (35 companies, from 100 to 999 employees); and "Medium-sized - Nationals" (35 companies, from 100 to 999 employees).

The result shows PromonLogicalis’ strong investment in professional development in recent years. One company action to promote growth is the talent management platform, Talent Connection, which has undergone a change and now allows the employee to plan their career based on requirements and performances required for each area or position. In addition, the organization has strengthened its leadership program and increased exchange vacancies number across the countries it operates.

Recently, PromonLogicalis has undergone an organizational restructuring, which resulted in the promotion of some employees in the succession board and established new synergy among the areas, contributing for a better environment, in addition to strengthening organizational culture and people management practices.

“We’re very focused in the development of our professionals, because individual growth, which involves personal, technical and behavioral dimensions, contributes to the work environment and the company’s sustainability. Furthermore, it stimulates innovation, improves client service and appeals to young talents and employee retention”, said Tânia Casa, PromonLogicalis’ Human Relations director.
