By the second consecutive year, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) has judged Logicalis, provider of information and communication technology services and solutions for Latin America, as one of the 100 largest and greatest service providers in the world.
The organization was selected in the award’s main category – Leaders – and was recognized in two categories, Customer References, which evaluates value granted by service users, and Programs for Innovation, which judges how the company’s innovation efforts reflect in the products and services it offers.
One of the most important sector evaluation, the award acknowledges outsourcing companies committed to continuous excellence and improvements. “This award points out that we are on the right path, consolidating our strategy and constantly improving our services to keep them aligned with market needs, ensuring agility and maximum quality to our customers”, says Márcio Caputo, Logicalis’ vice-president of operations for Brazil.
With the purpose to support customers in the digital transformation process, Logicalis has been acting as an IT continued services provider for about five years. Today, the area represents approximately 35% of the company’s revenue and 60% of the company’s profitability. “The good results we have been achieving reflect the robustness and high quality of the services we provide to our customers, as well as our commitment with excellence”, says Rodrigo Parreira, Logicalis Latin America CEO.
In Latin America, Logicalis manages or supports more than 70 thousand equipment for around one thousand clients in ten countries.
